Every one seems to use winks in a different way and its impossible to know what the intention/meaning is behind it - if there is an intention of course. If you like them, wink back and see what happens. If they don't message and block you...move on

I don't bother with the winks at all, I don't look to see who's sent them. I just bulk delete every so often.
If a person is genuinely interested, then why not send a message and not a crappy wink that could and does get over looked by myself... |
