It's gender specific.
No matter how even the want,the greater opportunity always favours the female.
Why do you think there's 20 males on fab,for every female.
The females may be feeding on oyster,whilst most guys are just happy to get a whiff of fish.  |

I'll be spending a few hours 'laying' on Monday!!
(Decking!!) 
But OP - yes there's an imbalance in membership on here gender wise - but there's as many women and couples struggling to arrange suitable meets as men - trust me!
They just whinge about it less on the forums!! 
And there's plenty of folk of all sexes having the time of their lives too!  |

Its testosterone driven, men have more of it than women. Pancreas makes it, so does Testicles. Its the drive to make babies drug ... Hence men are always ready for it ...someone needs to drive. |

this - apart from the decking bit obviously!  And I have actually winged twice on the forums this morning so I'm a bit guilty of that today too 
As an added note OP maybe 'getting laid' is not the best term of phrase to use. If I thought a man wanted to meet me just to get laid then I'd tell him where to go. I'd like to think these's more to me than that  |

There was an experiment done in the 90 in the USA they got two men and two women to go round the single bars, one was very good the looking the other average. They each ask 100 people if they come home with them and have sex. Only 3 women said yes not one man said no. |

It's not gender specific as some men also know how to get sex whenever they want.
It goes both ways because some women are just like men in respect to being easy to get.
If you're a single guy with the right personality and you've got the skills when talking to women, then you'll have no problems attracting women on a regular basis.
I'm talking the real world here, not fabs.
