You can't regret your past. Its gone and nothing can be done about it. Just box it all up find a little compartment for it. You are in control of the now and the future. I always say to my son its no t the mistakes you make but what you have learnt from it.
Sometimes the past can eat you up, its far more emotionly worth it to let go |
