To me the sex of a flasher is irrelevant…..
I find the behaviour of anyone who gets sexual gratification by exposing themselves to unsuspecting non-consenting adults or children is totally unacceptable and should not be tolerated with any degree of leniency….  |

Yes I agree with this and with Soxy's comments. Non consensual sexual activity is wrong what ever the sex of the initiator. |

Agree with most of the above. Yes it may possibly be a big thrill for some of us to get a flash, the long and short is, if your getting sexual kicks which includes people who haven't consented then its disturbing behaviour.
This applies to all activities. |
