I cycled to work today for the first time in 3 years, 20km in total, and now I FEEL EPIC!!
What have you done today that's left you FEELING EPIC?

I'm now waiting for the post later saying how you could hardly sit down for the first few miles on your cycle home as your arse muscles hurt too much  Unless you've been toughening your bum up in other ways?
I'm missing my daily cycle fix, broken my foot, not my finest moment  |
