I've just learned about the Pampas Grass plant/tree. Is this just a myth or have any of you actually planted one in your garden???

My front garden is covered in them. Never did me any good.

Last woman that came to the door was selling 'The Watchtower'...

Thought it was a 70's thing ? Is it still going on? If so I will be looking at the front gardens in my street now

Our last house had a massive one in the front garden!

apparently a pampas grass tree in a front garden is a sign that the house is occupied by swingers. I was just wondering if this was just a myth or actually true.
