I hope this thread can help people save money.
We have been with AOL (talktalk)for a number of years now & have no issues with the service. We are on a `unlimited` download/upload for about £20.00 amonth.
We have a a BT line with free calls etc .Last week we received a letter from BT offering Broadband at £5.25 & BT sports for free on a 10GB download as a `reward`.
So rang them ...after been asked lots of questions about usage ....the lady quoted us over £40.00 !!!! As `reward` offer was not suitable for our needs . So told her the price was not suitable for our needs either!
Rang AOL , and told them about this offer for £5.25 & after a bit of haggling , we got Broadband for £10.31 a month with the first 6 months free on a 12 month contract, so bascicall a fiver a month !With unlimited usage.
So haggle with your provider for a better deal ! |

You can get a reduction from your supplier if you have been with them for a while, just phone them and say you want to move to another supplier and you will be put through to someone who can offer you a better deal than you have got as they don't want to loose customers to there competitors.
They would rather offer you a better deal than loose you all together. |

I pay my telephone line up font for £120 a year. Works out at £10.00 a month instead of the usually which is around £14 per month. I have a 30Mb unlimited broadband with Virgin at a cost of £3.25 a month. |
