My niece as brought her friend for our evening meal tonight. Everyone finished eating and the friend says to my niece how lucky she is to have a mom who is such a good cook. Only problem is I cooked the meal as I usually do. Her friend was genuinly shocked that I am blind and can cook. All I asked was how do you think I eat if I do not cook. Preconceptions are great  |
