Always get stuck with sphygmomanometer, which can be a pain when you're teaching people how to use one. Blood pressure machine is so much easier, but lazy. |

a friend brought his friend up from London so being polite I asked her what she did as a job to which she replied that she was a otorhinolaryngologist 
I just nodded and said fair play to you and the next day it took me half a dozen google searches as I had no idea how it was spelled after she said it |
