I still suffer with chronic acne at 37, tried everything possible to get rid (Accutane nearly killed me!). Only thing that helps is Minocycline, L'Oreal men expert face wash with charcoal and resisting the urge to squeeze them. |

was never a spotty teen and only ever get the odd one if im stressed.
if its a white head then i pop it, but not to the extent where its pouring blood and it looks worse than if i had left it alone |
