What a shining example British Gas is!
Oh and allowing people to somehow profit from selling water - perfect sense! |

Remember my dad telling me that the workers Drank tea most of the time and if there was a Delay in one car it affected the whole chain.. so more often than not a Delay would happen so most of the workers sat about for 20 or 30 minutes at a time..

"State ownership is guarenteed failure in any enterprise because the 'owners, the managers and the workers have no incentive to do a good job"
Which is opposed to the fuckwits that are allowed to profit from selling fuel for food and heating, water and public transport. Those of course are a guaranteed success |

All British car bike and truck manufacturing died from lack of investment.
They were doing things by hand when everyone else re-tooled with robotic production lines, and modern design
Many cars are still built in the uk but owned by German and other countries. |

lack of investment, plus over zealous unions, weak management, and poor design,it was a recipe for disaster.
if we don't start realising that industries survival depends on being competitive, the worst has yet to come. |
