Don't have lunch on a Sunday. Only a late big breakfast then a full roast, but being taken out for dinner today, so no more cooking for me x

its his birthday so i made us scallops with a minted pea puree for starters and a spicy seeded bbq beef with couscous roasted veg salad and flat breads for lunch today it was lovely

Im waiting on my quiche - i forgot to take it out the freezer

It's ok, i'd prefer eating a late lunch today anyway - i don't like to eat just before meets and feel bloated!

More like tea by the time it's ready. We're having roasted chicken with baked potatoes and salad. Then off to a baptism with the eldest. At least I will get some peace and quiet lol
