Had sky, thought it was a rip off so cancelled and got a freeview recorder, no monthly pay out but can still do all the things a sky+ box can  |

No that's the downside, it's only freeview channels no sky ones but I found I was never really watching the sky channels much anyway so it works for me, football and stuff I just stream of the Internet now too so I don't miss out on that side of it |

True but in my defence I did say a freeview recorder and just meant you can record , rewind or pause ect like a sky box |
