So I went on a works do last night, 5-6 pints of ale filled me up, so I switched to double JD and s 3-4 of. Pub closed so we hit a late night bar, more double JDs (2 I think).... at which point I decided to start doing shots off a weird list they had... 1 x Witches Tit, 1 x Holy Moly, 1 x Brain Freeze.... bed at about 3 and up at 7.30.... thank fuck I had today off! I am only now starting to feel human again!
How long do your hangovers last? Whats your cure? |

The older I get the longer they last. Obviously tablets for the headache if you have one. Plenty of fluids, and a banana can help put back lost potassium. |

I find a fry up always makes me feel worse - I tend to go for grilled and poached and avoid the fat. |

Hello Ben,
not a cure but think about what you drink, real ale is fine but the rest of your drinks are killers, avoid them.
There's a book called 'The Power of Positive Drinking' which tells you what and more importantly what not to drink so as to avoid hangovers.

My hangovers last a day or two, day one head aches, feeling sick and wanting to die, day two tired and grumpy! no cure for me, not even hangover sex, i just have to ride it through!!  |

12 bottles of desperado or more early doors normally does the trick don't really get hangover just wake up and stagger about for a few hours normally lots of sleep best cure though |
