A friend had a gf from Liverpool and she was lovely but her accent was very harsh sounding, guess its like other parts of the country where you get thick accents and soft ones from the same county |

Met one couple on here from Liverpool a few times now.
Both good folks, but god I can't understand her sometimes! Really strong Liverpool accent. 
His is not as strong as hers. He has too translate for me! |
