Guys and ladies. A few questions about hygiene and appearance. Just out of curiousity.
1. If you already had a someone special in your life. Would you go "over the top" when you go out for the evening/night. For example shave all over, where your favourite clothes out, wear your favourite aftershave/perfume or would you think as long as you have a wash and smart clothes on you'll be fine?
2. Same kind of thing goes for going shopping, etc. If you were in the house fully clothed, but dressed like a scruff compared to normal and you had to go out to do something that may only take about 20 minutes or something and that's including the journey. Would you bother changing into something more tidy or go as you are? |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
I tend to be sartorially challenged so wear jeans all the time. Job? Jeans. Shop? Jeans. FWB? Jeans (but not for long!)
However, I always bathe and shave for my FWB because he likes it. |

I always make the effort when I go out... Even when I got to work. If im having a lazy day(scruffy day) and my kids need dropping off I will take them without getting changed... As long as I know im not getting out the car lol |

I met Mr Blue in a pub I wasn't over the top, as in didn't have my lashes on or cool clothes just tshirt and jeans, he turned up at my house the next day, I was cleaning, I had pjs on and he begged me to to go on a date with him, since that day I haven't overly worried about what I wore in front of him, although on a meet would feel differently x |

Fucking standards!! Of course I'm going to wash and wear clean clothes wherever I go. 1. You don't know who you're going to bump into, 2. If you bump into them too hard and end up in the morgue I don't want the assistant pulling things down to find immense stainage and skiddage. But hey, that's just me |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Always clean if I am leaving the house - clothes, hair and body. I might be scruffily dressed but they will be clean. I often go out without make-up and don't have a problem meeting people without any on - socially, at work or for sex. |

I went to work for a long time in a suit and tie, so my idea of dressing up for an evening out is to put on jeans... Now J & I both pretty much live in jeans, and to be honest are comfortable in them and the places you can wear them 99% of the time. but on meets / special occasions I will done "work" clothes, and J will wear a lot less than the norm. it says it's a special date not a normal one. |

"Maybe I'm odd but I'm always clean lol"
Not what I meant exactly. Basically meant do you put the extra effort in. Regardless if yor single and you go out, in a relationship and go out or even of its down to the shops. |

I now spend many of my days covered in sawdust and with my fingers caked in superglue and stuff it picks up (usually more sawdust) if I am going out to the shops I kind of brush myself down. if going out on a date with J then it's shower time, and J's cheese grater tool to get the glue off my fingers (shh that's a secret!) same for a meet, but I do prefer to wear jeans and a shirt not dress up specifically not in a suit.

I (Mrs P) will never ever leave the house even just for milk unless my hair is straightened and I look half decent.
I always think that people who are scruffy dressed etc look dirty even if they're perfectly clean. Personally I think its lazy not to do your hair etc.
If we go out together like on the drink, I will still dress up and make an effort with hair and perfume etc cos I want him to think i look nice and I dont want his mates thinking his mrs is a lazy scruff haha |

There have been times when I've let my standard drop. Last time being a month into stopping smoking as the tablets I was on made me so drowsy and couldn't get up on time. Also when I had post natal depression.
I always try to look my best as it effects your mood if I don't.
but I can be lazy bitch sometimes and think fuck it and go to the shop not in my best. |

Always try to make myself presentable, even if it's popping out for a pint
Not that I'd go and spend ages on it - at least wash the bits that show
Getting the blood off can be hard work sometimes though.
But if I was in the middle of diy and needed to go to b&q them I wouldn't

hiding from cock pics. |
I'm always showered and clean and have made an effort.
It's about how I feel about myself not for anyone else.
If I'm out on a date whomever with I will always dress up to look my best.
I just feel best that way.

I don't understand how you can't wash everyday... On public transport I can spot the people who.o my wash their hair once a week...
only time I may not be presentable is when there's a medical emergency... |

Over the top?!! If I'm meeting anyone, my kids, lovers, friends etc I always make an effort as I feel good when I look good.
However, I do my nails and eyebrows in Rye Lane Peckham. They'll steal the fillings out of your teeth and the soles off your shoes whilst your stood in them so I dress to blend in. |

When I'm going out with Reggie I spend a long time getting ready coz I want him to think I look nice. That sounds needy!
But when I go out with my friends I probably make less effort than I did when I was single.
The only time I leave the house without make up on is when I go swimming. |

Not my point. I know people should wash everyday, but I meant. Say you got up, showered and it was your day off. So you put on your scruffy joggers, etc. then you go and make a drink and you have none. When you go to the local shop. Would you bother changing, spend ages doing your hair to look tidy or go as you are. Same goes if you are just picking someone up from somewhere? |

I always make an effort and am always clean, perfume on etc..
However that doesn't mean I put the full face of slap on every day or straighten my hair. I live in suits for work so at the weekend I dress casually which usually involves jeans...I see absolutely nothing wrong with that
and Yes I have popped into Sainsbury's on the way home from the gym when I am hardly looking my best.
Anyone who has issue with that can sod off..lol |

That's exactly what I meant about you you to the gym. Do many people go to the shop for a few minutes and just go as they are.
For the record a figure like yours as well as finishing a work out. Is well hot |
