Apparently, the fastest growing aspect within the cosmetic industry is “Breast reductions for men”
I've no doubt that for “some” men both the physical embarrassment and psychological impact having man boobs can cause, maybe just a lifestyle change is all that's required rather than surgery.
This subject reminds me of an email we once received from a guy claiming to have man boobs asking if we had a fetish to see them wrapped up in his bra |

for some men surgery is needed as they have started to grow breast tissue - rather than it just being too many pies
its called gynocomastea (not sure thats how its spelt but its how it sounds )
did you take the guy up on his offer?? |

now i could be wrong here but the only guys i have ever seen with moobs are over weight guys, so surely a diet is a more effective way and getting rid of them rather than going thro surgery? |

I agree with naughty,I have never ever seen a guy who is a normal weight with moobs
If men really do have a medical problem then of course they should have surgery to correct it,how awful it must be to have to deal with something like that as a man

Dieting alone wont always work nor can Dieting and Exercise in all cases, I train blokes who have done both and still have Man boobs, some Blokes have no issues with them but some can get really depressed about it |
