"nom nom..not eaten all day so nibbling on this.... 
Beetroot and feta or beetroot and goats cheese I could eat all day long 
I like it with red onion left to soak in the beetroot juice and sometimes have it with tuna 
Now you have gone and spoiled it TUNA  boak...I gip when opening it for cats its vile....so wrong in so many ways...even tried fresh tuna and its yuk "
Ok I will leave the tuna out for you
But fancy some beetroot and feta now haha

Beetroot & Brie - now just drizzle a little Balsamic glaze (or Balsamic syrup) over the top....
