Apparently she hadn't got used to the weight of her huge new boobies tottered on her killer heels, her hair extensions got in her eyes resulting in a tumble off the stage.

Seen in papers today, it seems Cheryl Cole may have had her lips plumped.
One question...
Why?
She is a damn fine looking woman, but it seems she has fallen into the trap that many pretty women do, of thinking they can improve what nature has given them, and often looking like they have been smacked in the mouth with a dockers fist!! |

These women were refused entry to 'ordinary' beauty pageants so decided that an alternative pageant was the answer. The contestants are judged on their surgeons skill more than anything and not only do the ladies win a prize their surgeon does also  |

I cant get my head around this endless obsession with 'tinkering' what you have...everyone knows the various bits and pieces are false..so what are they trying to prove...pure vanity.. |
