For dinner....took the unusual step and bought an Indian takeaway as it was reduced to half price.

Pilau rice....chicken tikka masala and naan bread.

Grilled gammon, mushrooms and oven chips with a rocket salad.

Just made two jars of lemon curd for future baking treats. Bloody lovely if I do say so myself
