Think that might be a blocked filter so its not draining so it can enter the spin cycle. Look at the control dial/programme list to see if you can select drain and/or spin manually |

Happened to ours and it was the filter. Managed to dismantle it and turns out it was an underwire from a bra that was preventing it spinning.
It's a common problem easily fixes which an engineer will charge a fortune for. |
