Does anyone ever get a reply or feedback from the moderators/site owners after filing a complaint with them?

If you complain about a moderator you should. It will confirm they have read your complaint and will look into it.

Click on the CONTACT and send your feedback there.

PS...it is only Admin themselves you need to send feedback to....mods on the site can't do anything about a complaint

never had an issue. if i have had a complaint its been dealt with accordingly

be patient they are busy people and have lives too!
