may I suggest that you watch bbc3 at 7pm, they are showing the danny boyle's directors cut of the opening ceremony of last years olympic games

can't believe a year has flown by... the 6 weeks when the olympics and paralympics were here the whole country turned into one of the smiliest happiest places I have ever known.......

One of put mmost successful Olympics and Paralympics as a nation and a games full of firsts such as the first games hardball counyries fielded women athletes.

Im not sure if id want to see it again,for me that night was amazing for a few different reasons and I doubt if those feelings would be the same if I watched it again

Thanks Fabio and I agree! I was there for one of the evening sessions and the welcome and atmosphere from the moment I stepped off the train was fantastic!
