Made worse by the fact that he called the victims liars when he was first arrested! For a man with an excellent command of the English language, it's a pity remorse wasn't in his vocabulary! |

Not defending him in anyway but he didn't actually have sex with them, inappropriate touching and some were over the age of consent. Sexual assault not rape.
I'd have been happier if the appeal judge(s) had just changed concurrent to consecutive as if I remember correctly he would have been sentenced to more like 7 years then. He was sentenced to 84 months in total the longest being 15 months.
The Sentence
The sentence of the Court is as follows:
For Count 1 - 6 months imprisonment
For Counts 2-4 - 3 months imprisonment on each count concurrent
For Count 6 - 15 months imprisonment concurrent
For Counts 10 and 11 – 6 months imprisonment on each count concurrent
For Counts 12, 13 and 14 – 9 months imprisonment on each count concurrent
For Count 15 – 15 months imprisonment concurrent
For Count 16 – 15 months imprisonment concurrent
For Count 17 – 6 months imprisonment concurrent
For Count 18 - 9 months imprisonment concurrent |
