I've got an advert bugging me! I'm trying to remember the song that was used. It's an ad from the 80s and it showed someone watching a wedding party on the registry office steps - may have been a car ad.

In my search I could the Paula Hamilton ad where she's throwing everything away - remember that one?

And I did get diverted by the two ladybirds john smiths ad with j'taime on it...

But I still haven't tracked down the bliddy one that's bugging me!

"VW golf ad "

That's the Paula Hamilton one.

Not the one with the wedding. Think it's plot was someone celebrating a divorce. Possibly...

Do you mean Alan Prices's "Changes"

Everyone is going through changes, but the world still carries on.

"I sat up til some silly o'clock looking for whatever the advert was for u BL and failed abysmally lol "

Me too!

Was googling til 3am and I'm still sure it was a car ad as I seem to remember the woman driving off with 'Just Divorced' in the rear windscreen!

It was "Young at Heart" by the Bluebells - you can YouTube it via

http://youtu.be/QRf1LvMoO9s

See - three hours of frantic googling was worth it!!
