Her name is nibbles and she has an abscess a cat got her. already had stitches and antibiotics. Spent a fortune.Will need surgery. How much is too much to spend on a baby rabbit? bad times |

Sorry to hear about that.
we had a rabbit that had an abscess once and it did cost quite a lot . How much you spend is entirely up to you, how much you can afford and what's best for the rabbit.

Quick jab of anti biotics at vets £30 ish keep the wound open as in squeeze the puss out of it twice a day and bath in salt water ! Give it a week or so and it should start to heal, but very important to keep the wound open and clean, don't let the puss take over ! Hope the little critters ok. Prefer ferrets but have a soft spot for little fluffy rabbits ! But shhh x |
