Beaming at the moment... We'll after major panic set in! My daughter's line manager just rang me and I was in panic mode first of all but now I'm beaming and a very proud momma....
She rang to tell me how well my daughter's doing in her new job ( she's just gone 17. ) and that she's part of the team and a credit to me. I was lost for words really... Was a wonderful compliment to my daughter and myself as single parenting isn't that easy and comes with no instruction manual.
Happpppy me, going to treat her to a day away and a new dress just cos I can. |

"That's lovely, but odd. I would never think to call a parent or partner of any employee.
Well done to her and to you."
well it is a call centre
hence I went into panic mode thinking something wrong... Apparently after so many weeks they get assessed and she was well chuffed with her and asked if Incas home to just give me a quick call to let me know... Odd or not I think it was lovely gesture |
