who do you block from messaging you?

We don't block anyone but in our profile it says men are blocked from messaging.that way if any Message we know our profile hasn't been read,so just block the profile.
Its the best way of seeing if someone doesn't read your profile |

No. That doesn't make sense to me.
Cos even if they did read your profile, they wouldn't message anyway cos of the very fact that they did read your profile!
Makes no sense to me? |

If anyone wants to chat with me. I don't bloke anyone. What's the point  . If someone has insulted me then I block them as soon as I see the message that's for the insult in. |

What a strange thing to do. Just block them anyway, and prevent your time and theirs being wasted.
I have couples filtered out, and block anyone who is abusive, stupid, persistent, or post hateful things on the forums. |

Oh yeah I see your point. So even if they do read the profile and fit the bill they won't bother messaging coz they think they can't. Is that right? |

Yes
If they read th profile they will think,no point writing a message as it won't go through
If they send one they obviously hadn't read it.
We asked for athletic men as that's what nik likes.men who never look athletic but tick the box kept Messaging.its easier to ask men ourselves when we want a mmf |

Yes
If they read th profile they will think,no point writing a message as it won't go through
If they send one they obviously hadn't read it.

So why not block all single men but message the ones that take your fancy as and when you want them? Wouldn't that be easier all round? |

Doesn't it make sense then just to block men altogether, then just message those that appeal to you?
It seems a bit of an "arse about face" way to solve a problem.

Makes zero sense to me, block men if you want no contact from them!
Even if they have read your profile, there will always be ones who still message to chance their luck.
What you going to say to men who did read it and then still message?

I just turn my message filters on and off. I turn them on when I don't want to receive messages or I'm already chatting to a few people. And then I turn the filters off when I do want to receive messages. It just makes it easier to manage that way.
I only have a handful of people on my block list, and they are there because they were rude or abusive to me in messages. |

Just block all men from messaging you, and do some legwork yourself and contact those that catch your eye.
It is MUCH easier that way, and makes a whole lot more sense too. |

Single guys are blocked due to the fact when the profile was first created we said "dont contact us, we will contact you" some thought they were the exception to the rule so the singles block went on, people who send friends invites with no prior interraction, certain people for things posted in the forum |
