THE LUNATICS HAVE TAKEN OVER THE ASYLUM The drug addict mother of the devil kids is trying to sue social services for £100k because they were not taken into care earlier, she claims she called social services for 2yrs asking for the kids to be taken into care before their brutal sex torture of two pals aged 10 and 11.
The parents of the victims are planning to sue social services for negligence, and now the monsters mum is saying she is a victim too so she wants compensation as well. The jobless 36yr old who spent £50 a week on cannabis as her kids ran riot is in hiding, living in fear of vigilante attacks.
The best place for her is in prison after letting her sons smoke cannabis, drink beer, and run riot. |

Read about that the other day, quite shocking really, although you do have to wonder why social services did take two years to act when the mother admitted they were uncontrollable and could not cope |

This story has only victims, the kids assaulted, their friends and families, everyone involved is a victim of some sort.
The brothers who did the assault were victims ( not innocent like the other children) but victims none the less.
The parents (vile vermin that they are ) are also victims of a system that allowed this to occur at all.
My first reaction to learning this "mother" used in very loose terms, attempting to sue the authorities was total horror. "HOW DARE SHE?" However now I have thought about this a little more I have thought of this.
The authorities did NOT react quickly enough, they did NOT protect society from these people, they did NOT remove these children from the horror of their homelife.
Now we all know funding is a huge thing in local authorities resources. If in the past a similar mistake has occurred then usually some mid level manager takes the fall, restricted pension, moved to a less sensitive area, or possibly ( not likely) removed altogether. The deterrent to stop this happening again is relatively low, individuals may feel terrible and their lives be blighted by the fact they didn't act soon enough will then be tempered by the fact they were "following the rules".
MONEY motivates, if the authorities were terrified of being successfully sued for hundreds of thousands of pounds MAYBE they would be forced to react faster.
For ALL the wrong reasons maybe the solution is there,
Do nothing(someone could die ) = get sued.
Get it wrong(someone could die) = get sued.
Get it right = no one hears of it and some people might have an improved standard of living.
In the USA they had to bring in a "good samaritan" law to force people to help, they knew they should help but were terrified because any action could cause them to be on the wrong end of a law suit. ( so most chose to do nothing)
Now you are compelled to help.
OK who wants to be a social worker now ???
This whole thing saddens me to be a human being |

the mother has just inherited £54,000 from her mother who died of a stroke, she has 5 other children who are also or have been in care !She should never have been allowed to have any more children after the first 5 kids were taken from her.
How can one child hit another child with bricks and pieces of wood, and while their victims are crying begging to let them go the little sods make them eat nettles, they only stopped hitting their victims because their arms wetre hurting !!!
Social services may have made mistakes but they didnt bring her boys up to be psychos, because thats what they are.

often legal aid has to be paid back after a huge payout
plus she will no longer be able to claim benefits if she has half a million in the bank |

She might not qualify if she's just inherited £54,000. Even if she gets Legal Aid and wins she'll have to pay back the money the Legal Aid Board pay to her lawyers out of her winnings or out of any capital she has if she doesn't win. |

it just shows had bad it has got in this country.
everyone wants to sue everyone for everything. its madness.
the answere isnt always taking the kids away, unfortunatly, its not that simple.
my parents fostered since i was 3 yrs old, i grew up with my real brother and upto 4 others. i really respect my parent for what they did, its an amazing thing to do.
but....
althought my parents were great to these children, the resntment in the kids is unbelievable. they do not usually blame their parents for being such t***s, but blame the foster parents, social workers and the system!
they grow up with even more hate in them, because the system took them away from their parents.
i saw some very messed up kids, of various ages who went through unimaginable cruelty, but still loved the people who did it to them.
i cant tell you how bad some things were, only to say thank god for all the decent people out there still willing to help them.
often the parents came from broken homes themselves, or violent homes, they use it as an excuse, guess what?? my dad came from a bad home, was beaten and lived in a field for weeks, and he turned out great and helped foster kids for 28 years.
no, i dont know what the answere is.
wish i did.

i can honestly say the way britain is goin, the first chance im out this country before i get sued for traumatisin a single male for not meetin with him!! !
goodbye common sense and morals and decency as long as your sittin out your face on drugs lettin ur kids run riot u dont need to be embarrased u can just blame everyone and sue!!! x |

Priceless ..... classic case of buck and pass. Have heard of similar circumstances but would be more than interested to know which rag published this story? |

Turns out it's in the Daily Express so it's almost certainly made up nonsense. |

its in all yesterdays daily papers !!!
when are people going to take responsability for their own children !
i bet if parents were fined or imprisoned for their kids deeds, parents would be more worried about where they were and what they were upto ? |

Think we all agree on that point, but when things do go wrong and it takes two years for help to arrive, who do we blame then? |
