Photo editing applications

I upgraded to the Samsung S4 recently and am re adjusting to the new picture editing options available.

Im not savvy enough for Photoshop but wondered if there are any good applications out there you've experienced that you would recommend to make pictures look good. Im not talking about air brushing or making my ass look smaller, just various filters etc

Try photoscape or gimp both free to down load photoscape is very easy to use and gives good results. Good luck

depends what cost you want to spend

i use a few for my crafts and scrapbooks and photos

with the moon n stars somewhere in gtr manc

Most go over my head and don't know how to use them. I have got PicsArt app on my phone and that was free and easy enough to use.

cheap cheerful free

googles picasa

autoFX labs (visit website)as they have a few basic image editors with various filter effects u can mix

paint shop pro is almost as good as photoshop and far easier to use,the earlier versions are the easiest to use,look far Jasc versions

Yep, would agree about GIMP as it's a raster-based editing suite. But the one I tend to use most, as it's quick and simple and does most things, is Picasa.
