I upgraded to the Samsung S4 recently and am re adjusting to the new picture editing options available.
Im not savvy enough for Photoshop but wondered if there are any good applications out there you've experienced that you would recommend to make pictures look good. Im not talking about air brushing or making my ass look smaller, just various filters etc

paint shop pro is almost as good as photoshop and far easier to use,the earlier versions are the easiest to use,look far Jasc versions |

Yep, would agree about GIMP as it's a raster-based editing suite. But the one I tend to use most, as it's quick and simple and does most things, is Picasa.
