"Their score was so embarrassingly awful England will follow on.
Test over!"
Not according to the BBC website Funky - England are batting again, which to me seems a bit odd |

My guess is that it's just too hot to keep the quicks out there for too long. Plus the pitch will break up more, playing even more into Swanny's magic hands. |

England did not enforce the follow on for two reasons. Firstly the bowlers are tired and the heat would reduce their efficacy. Secondly the dry pitch will get more susceptible to spin as it wears down and the last two day should assist Swann and Root.
That said at 30 for 3 it will be an interesting three days! |

Agreed, Hopefully England will give the aussie's a 370 plus target to try and get.

"Can someone explain to me why the Aussies aren't being put in to bat again!?"
i wish i had seeen this yesterday...
the reason was two fold, the longer the game goes on the worse the batting track will get.... and it means that if they get lets say 200 today.... it means the aussies will need 400-450 batting last and two days to do it..
no team has ever won a test match chasing 450 to win
with the batting track falling to bits it should help the bowlers a lot... and especially swann for spin....
