I made it through the ordeal of the dentist without hysterics this morning..
some of you may remember my post a while back about the state I got in having a scale and polish....
I went back to have it finished today and actually managed it!!

Oh it was major for me....
she took me in as soon as I arrived and was great...I put my hand up when I needed a break and when she was cleaning the front I asked if she could go do the back and give me a break (front ones crowned) and she did
she knew from my last visit I was bad so accomodated beautifully...
