Whenever i go in the kitchen after the loo when ive done a search at work whatever type even if ive worn gloves as the powder smells...and pretty often really if ive touched things |

First thing in the morning and first thing at night with a bit of bleach,
Then everytime before and after loo, everytime I touch anything that isn't my own, every time I have been out, every time I might of touched anyone, every time I have smoked a ciggy.
Yep OCD here so often lol |

Washing your hands too often is bad for you. It removes the oils from the skin. The oils help protect the skin.
Also people in normal life (Outside of hospitals, food preparation places, old peoples homes etc) should not worry too much about washing the hands all the time. We can all cope with the germs we come into contact with.
Saying that, there are times when it is very important to wash our hands, these are time when have the chance of coming into contact with germs that can make us ill; After we go to the toilet, touch raw meat or doing gardening/ |

After the loo always, before preparing foid, during preparing food, before eating, sometimes after, before and after a shag. And whenever they feel sticky or dirty. All the usual times really. |

Yes it does dry your skin out, I have a big tub of cream that the doctor prescribes for me |

I wash mine religiously every Thursday at 11 a m whether they are dirty or not n that lasts me til the next Thursday. I believe in taking my hygiene VERY seriously |
