I've been on the sun lounger since just after twelve now, I think I'm gonna be a bit too sore to attend my training course tomorrow. Ain't that a shame. Anyone for another beer? |

It's good but it doesn't do you many favours. Especially if you follow it with lager and jump up and down. |
