Out of curiosity...
Who drinks their brew out of the same cup every time?
How often is that cup washed? Every time or when the coffee residue starts to peel off?
I just give my cup it's bi monthly wash |

I try to use the same cup for the whole day. I can see no reason why I need to give it a full wash out each time. I am not worried about the bacteria as I am going to be putting boiling water into it.
They I have to say, some people do not like the tanning stain that can be left on the cup after tea, though I have no issue with it |

I use the same mug all day , sometimes I rinse it sometimes I just add more coffee to the bit in bottom. I do drink back coffee though , if it was with milk think I would wash it each time. At work my cup gets washed at end of shift and at home I have a clean cup each morning. |

I'm with you, I don't know how people can use a mug again without washing it. That's nasty |

I drink my Tea from a very old blue and white Cornish-ware pint-pot-mug that over time has lost most of it’s internal glaze ,,,,,
But because I take tea without milk or sugar, the inside of my mug becomes heavily stained even with regular washing.
So once a week it receives an overnight bleach bath which brings the inside back to something of a more slightly appearance…. |
