I'm still trying to figure out the logistics of trying to get up, round through or otherwise circumvent something which is designed as a bung placed inside a vessel which is naturally trying to clamp around anything up there.

No kidding! We didn't have sex education when I was at school, and one girl in my class honestly thought that tampons were a form of contraception. She used sanitary towels when she menstruated, but always inserted a tampon before sex.
