If your son plans to play his game this evening sit in his room to keep an eye out for further things coming through the window then you will catch the bloke out and have your say on what hes doing, he only seems to be doing it because your not in the room |

That could be classed as assault or criminal damage or both. Have you considered phoning the police...on the non emergency number? |

Well 10pm isn't that bad. I'm not sure there's going to be much you can do, apart from keep the windows closed. |

10 is a reasonable time to stop, and within what is still classed as a sociable hour. Take note of any further complaints or threats and speak to the police for advice |

Why would they laugh at you? The police take threats seriously and they could give you advice. Sounds as if this individual is known to the police as you state "he stands to go in side [sic] as well". |

The neighbours were in the wrong with the water, but it's annoying to hear game noise when you're trying to get to sleep. One of my neighbours (I assume it's a he - it nearly always is a guy making late computer noise) uses his computer late into the night and there's an annoying beep beep sound that is probably emails coming in. I don't really see why my neighbour needs that if he's emailing all night, but I'd rather start an argument with him over something big. |
