Sun this weekend. Yesterday I played in a hockey tournament and had all day in the sun. I was very ill through the night as a result.
Today I've been with the little man fruit picking and playing football.
Now I'm feeling crappy again.
How's everyone coping in the sun? |

I have lived in hot countries all over the world and never been ill, and admitI get a little blasé about sun protection - but I was really ill on Friday after spending the day in the sun - a good couple of hours of spinning rooms and puking, so take care folks.  |

Ive only ever has sunstroke once due to my own stupidity as a teenager,could'nt bend any joints,could'nt stop vomiting,plus has the sun burn to cope with too......never again! |

Outside all day again today.
Not ill but feeling like a wrung out dish rag.
Broad brim hat and find any shade going and as already said - lots of non-alcoholic fluids.
Oh, and pace yourself.  |
