Not just forum users - just not so nice people in general
These places can be rife with jealousy and people who dislike others ( for reason or no reason) so they will take pleasure from others misfortune
Its life but it says more about THEM and the sad people they are than it does about the innocents |

To be honest, I think there’s lots of different reasons why some people present themselves as being emotionally detached or apathetic to the plight of others both on here and in life in general….!.
Sometimes I’ll not comment on topics where an impartial view may add to the distress of someone who’s perhaps finding life hard, or where the majority of replies seem overly generous with pity or sympathy toward a situation I don’t necessarily feel warrants a unanimous reaction of that nature ….
But yes some people do seem to get off belittling the challenges faced by others, but I wouldn’t find this place half as entertaining or compelling without them…
