Back in the early 90’s I once found myself working 111 twelve hour+ shifts in a period of 114 days…. During which time I lost 3 stone in weight….
At the end of the 114 days I had two weeks off before returning to my normal working pattern,,
I now look back on it as utter madness. |

Same here thats why i keep going you never know whats round the corner with so many places closing so i make the most of it while i can |

My biggest regret is time lost with my kids when they were younger but in them days we needed the money more now i think its just habbit lol |

If you enjoy your work its not as big an issue but there comes a point your health suffers ! |

I was very lucky that I loved every minute my job..... but looking back over my career I realise that I perhaps let it take over my life..... |

"To be honest i may be in work 7 days a week but the majoraty of that time is spent on fab and im getting paid so cant complain "
glad you don't work for me. Maybe if you stayed off fab you'd get work finished and gethome. |

They turn a blind eye to lots of things in here now and again they will tell you to have a day off though |
