I'd have an ice cold beer in the garden on my own. I do occasionally drink at home on my own but I'd never drink to get d*unk alone that Inwould see as a problem. |

It is very rare I will have a drink in the house alone I have it in for when people come over and I'll have one then. But never alone and never one to help you sleep it just keeps me awake... |

I feel the same way. It's not a rule but I only have a drink on my own on odd occasions and usually with a meal or after.
Plus side, it cuts down my drinking overall as sometimes it means I go months without a drop! |
