Pot of live yogurt, handful of frozen berries and a banana.
I sometimes add a tablespoon of oats too but you might want a splash of milk to thin it a touch.
Decide if you want all fruit or yogurt based. For fruit a splash of juice helps.
Banana is in a lot of smoothies but you don't need to add it.
And there's always the vanilla one - yogurt, some vanilla a splash of milk and a squeeze of honey.
Frozen berries are very handy or a couple of ice cubes. |

yummy a couple of nice recipes to try. yh i need to make some without bananas for my lass she dont em at all.we both eat loads of fruit and veg so just a different way to have them. got fed up of paying price of them in shops so gonna make my own |
