It seems a lot of people ourselves included have difficulty knowing what to eat so following Ryan's super sandwich thread allow us to inspire and at the same time urge you to follow suit.

In the last few days we,ve had some cracking summery light lunches/dinners. Granted some of you won't get overly excited over 'rabbit food' so feel free to offer your opinion anyway.

We,ve just enjoyed a tuna, mozzarella,red onion,cherry tomato,fresh red cabbage,spinach,water cress,rocket,lemon and thyme salad.

Just the ticket.

I'm not keen on this sort of thing as I don't class it as proper food. However, saying that, I remember eating a spicy beef salad in an Irish bar/restaurant in Munich. It was so good I would have given up burgers for it.

Hmmm do I get off my lazy ass and bake a mini camembert with slivers of garlic in it and eat with salad and French bread?

Or do I just assemble the salad and have the wodge of quiche or gala pie I got from the supermarket...

My current dilemma!

Either would be delicious. We need to go back to M&S for their chicken, bacon & mushroom pie.

I like the sound of all that..except the cider.

Cider makes me get hit by trucks.
