What opinions and understandings have changed throughout your life as a result of circumstance ?
With me it's my understanding of suicide.
I used to believe that if anyone I knew killed themselve that it would be that friend that we all have who's always whinging about something.
Eight years ago my most upbeat of friends threw himself in front of a train hours after we'd spent the day together and I had detected nothing untoward.
It freaked me out and I came to understand that a moaning friend is letting out their feelings whilst a perky one may have issues going on in their head that they are unable to express  |
