Viagra. What's the story?
I'm a healthy, good in bed young man. Never had any complaints before but I'm interested.
I've only on a couple of occasions been able to perform straight after ejaculating.
Would Viagra keep my interest up also?
Again. Nothing wrong. I've no worried but wonder if they keep you horny too??? |

Viagra does not keep you (or make you) 'horny' - it just gives you an erection. End of.
Let's put it this way - if you took one before doing your shopping in Tescos, by the time you got to the butter and marg aisle, you'd have a stonking hard on which would last until the checkout, then you dump your bags in your car and go and do it all again..... but shopping would still NOT feel 'horny'...

No, but you can push your trolley along with your hard-on leaving your hands free to get things off the shelf! |

As I understand it - Viagra's real function is to help men maintain an erection hard enough and for long enough for sex. You still have to be able to get some sort of erection in the first place. |

No you don't, actually... Lol! GP prescribed Viagra user here... You have to get sexually aroused - yes, but that's not the same thing. It's a very powerful ED drug and it can work with guys who cannot get even a 'smidgen' of a stiffy, but depends on the individual. |

So as a veteran Viagra user, it does nothing to " keep" you horny? |

Well that's interesting Ted. I haven't known many blokes that get sexually aroused down the butter and Marge aisle |

I've clearly completely misunderstood how Viagra works. I thought the Viagra acted as a vasodilator which restricts the flow of blood OUT of the tubes in the willy, after it's erect. You can get it erect orally or manually.
I'm still at a loss to understand how Viagra can assist with the arousal aspect unless it works psychologically. |

No - Viagra doesn't assist with getting you aroused in any way. YOU have to get aroused - ie. feel horny, but what it assists with is converting that feeling into an erection. Guys with ED get the arousal feeling/emotion, but it doesn't translate into an erection, which is where the action of Viagra takes over. As far as I understand it, it does act as a vasodilator, but to allow blood flow into the penis rather than out of it. Makes sense, as it's blood flowing into it that makes a normally sensitive penis erect.
And as for what might happen in the butter aisle... wondered why Lurpak Spreadable gets me juices running.....
