Why in this day and age of technology does corned beef still come in a square tin?
I can never get it out and end up hacking it to pieces
I knew I should have bought the ready sliced stuff
There must be other things that hav'nt changed one iota for the last few decades too

Lots are ring pulls now.
The reason it is an unusual shaped tin is people recognise it especially older citizens and they are the ones who often buy it so its kept that shape for familiarity. |

"Why are people still eating SPAM ???? "
.
Because it is tasty!
Slice them thinnly, then fried until crispy.
Put them between two pieces of buttered bread, or my favourite way which is to dunk them in chilli mayo, yum! |

the old style ring pulls do not work
wonder what it is with this company that makes something
you expect it to work
not just to break at the start an then you got no chance of opening it |
