People message us asking if one of us will play alone?
Surely if you want to meet a single man or woman you would message single men or women profiles.

Guessing it comes down under the old don't read profile list, although I actually do think, some think they will chance their arm, shall we/I just ask, 'they might just be persuaded'  or even better we/I will just blatantly ignore what they are seeking!  |

Well I think they're cheeky buggers.
Mostly it's guys trying to meet mr notts alone. Now that does do my head in, I mean there are quite a few single guys on here - I don't know whether anyone else noticed this ? |

Turning the tables! I'm a single bi male n sometimes a message from a couple profile comes thro n I bother to read ALL the profile veris n view pix before I reply. ONLY to find further in2 the conversation that it is the guy asking to play ALONE!!!
THAT REALLY bugs me cos I'm left thinking they've used the 'couples' profile as a carrot instead of declaring first off they wanna play solo. Grrrrr |

Funnily enough, we get this mostly from other couples who ALSO state in their profile that they "don't play alone, so don't ask!".
Seems hypocritical and cheeky that they want their own wishes respected but don't offer the same courtesy when our profile says the same.

We met a couple together (me and my bloke). In the bar only a few minutes after meeting she asked me if my guy played alone too.
It was a crappy meet knowing I was only there as a spare part.  |

Lots of couples DO meet alone, OP I don't know why you're getting your knickers in a twist over it. If you don't want to meet alone then state it on your profile. Simple.

This is my OHs favourite kind of daft message. We have been blocked a few times when he's agreed to meet and informs them that it is Chris responding.
I've even had a guy ask and tell me that my OH will never find out. Strange that as he's the one who tends to open our messages |

I agree, if they met alone I'm sure they'd have it on their profile or have separate single profiles. Otherwise I'd go with the assumption that a couple means two. |
