So was out on my run/walk this morning (3 x 5. ins of running  ) and was on my last run segment when some old guy in a shirt and trousers came running past me!!!!
I didn't even see him the whole time I was out so no clue where he came from!! Bloody git  |

He'd been lurking Evie so that he could just run past you and appear to look good .............. you did all the hard work and he was hoping to take the credit !!!!  |
