Hi there, I'm just having a tidy the house day you know incase we make plans for this evening, and I wondered what if anything would make you want to run for the hills at somebody's home?
An unclean toilet? Or dust? That type of thing x |

Dust doesn't bother me, unless it's excessive of course. Hell I can dust and 2 hours later it's dusty again
A dirty toilet however...blurgh, thanks and goodbye.
Same to washing up etc left in the sink. Just general laziness I guess.. |

Things would have to be pretty bad for me to actually do a runner. I would find some things to be very off putting and make me not want to stay any longer than necessary and not go back - a stack of dirty plates in the kitchen (like several days' worth not just today's tea), dirty bedsheets, unpleasant smells. Overflowing bins, dirty loo, tide mark in the bath, takeaway or other food rubbish laying around.
General untidyness, lived-inness, little bit of dust - acceptable! I don't live in a show home and don't expect anyone else to. |

Once I went to meet a couple. They rented one room in a house. When I got there it was so messy. Looked like it hadnt been tidied for years. What was worse is that even though they only had a tiny room, they decided to buy a rat that week. The whole room smelled so bad I had to breath through my mouth. After 5 mins of chatting I said I had to go lol awkward moment |

When invited to someones home I'm there to see them not inspect for cobwebs. I like homes that look lived in. Untidy would confuse me in my space but not in someone elses.
Dirty is something else. I went to one playmates home and he asked me not to flush the toilet. He was on a water meter and low income and only flushed his toilet once a day. I was supposed to be there for the weekend. If I couldn't flush the toilet he would expect me to wash in the sink: fuck that, I didn't stay. |

We have never had to leave someone's house yet but we did have to do a runner because of someone's choice of pub to meet in. It was fucking rough. We thought if this is the sort of boozer they frequent then we aren't sure about them. |

I have only ever been to one house where I had to leave, it was just filthy, there wasn't a single space in the whole house that you could sit or stand in that was covered in clutter and dirt, he used a plate that was still half full with left over food as a ash try |

Hmmmm.. Things that would make me exit quickly. Unpleasant odours - we all have busy lives but a smelly place is unforgivable unless it's over a chippies or curry house.
Crawlies. Met someone who had a flat where the loft was full of mites and crap from roosting pigeons. The things were dropping through the ceiling. Yuk.
Untidiness I can handle. Unsanitary stuff is where I draw the line. |

Bags of rubble on the drive waiting to go to the tip, a pile of timber and some plaster board in the hallway, dusty footprints up and down the soon to be replaced stair carpet......hang on, that's my house...... Bugger! |

I know we are all swingers. But if your going to invite someone over, i would expect to treat people like guests (well, i would). Im the kind of person, where if i am inviting someone round i would make the house presentable at least, even if its messy during the week.
I like to nake people feel welcome round mine. Even if it is for a fuck. But, then again im old fashioned. I like a classy fuck lol x |

Pictures of Adolf or KKK or anyone of a similar nature would have me running
seriously though as my flat use to be mainly dusty cause i barely lived there i wouldn't judge a person on their house keeping. Can't say i've been to someones and thought never again. Each to their own i guess, as long as it was lived in and not over run and unclean i wouldn't think twice about it |
