My cupcakes don't always work out how i want them - i like the 'perfect' top, but they always go lopsided or bumpy
I am, however, planning on making some of my homemade white chocolate rice pudding tomorrow

I've found most cream cheese frosting recipes wont hold unless you add a ton of extra icing sugar, so now I just make normal butter cream and add a bit of cream cheese for flavour. It works |

I'm having a baking day tomorrow too and it's all your fault Miss Chops!!! I've just done an online shop (cause I'm poorly) and not only did I buy a whole lot of ingredients to bake... I seem to have snuck in a TV too!!  |
